entities such as_hearts; as well as decimal_# 123; and
hexadecimal_x # 123; entities.

You may us this package as standalone
utilities, or use the classes in your own programs
to insert or strip entities from HTML.

You can use them like this:

REM to remove & entities and HTMLtags from a file
REM converting entities back to characters
strip. jar afile. html

REM to convert entities in a file
insert. jar afile. html

They come complete with Java source and jar files.
